  • 42-01-4:Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed wet mop stored in mop wringer and not properly hung up to air dry.
  • 12A-25-4:High Priority - Employee touched face/hair and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed employee "itch" head above visor on hair with wrist and proceed to go back to work with same gloves on. After speaking with employee, employee removed gloves, washwash hands, and then went back to preparing food. Corrected On-Site
  • 08B-27-4:High Priority - Food placed in soiled container/equipment. Observed on milk dispenser, on bottom of door, dried on liquid accumulation.
