Employee at cookline put gloved finger in his ear, touched his glasses, then handled a tray containing ham without first washing hands or changing gloves. Inspector stopped employee, had him wash hands and out on new gloves before continuing to work at cookline. **Corrective Action Taken** Warning - From follow-up inspection 2025-11-04: 1. Employee at cookline pulled down sweatshirt with bare hands, engaged in wiping down the cookline with a sanitizer wiping cloth, then proceeded touch tongs and prepare food without washing hands. 2. Employee at front counter wiped down the milkshake machine with a sanitizer wiping cloth, washed hands for only approximately 5 seconds, then proceeded to scoop fries without properly washing hands.
