Operator has had several service calls and a new compressor recently. Discussed options for better unit cooling with the Operator. Unit is loaded heavily with product in the lower cabinet, restricting airflow. Discussed less product, metal vs. plastic pans. Operator stated product was at proper temperature less than four hours ago. Unit was emptied to the walk-in cooler and repair company was called. **Corrective Action Taken**
