TCS food held in flip-top nearest the back wall measured: cut tomatoes (50F - Cold Holding); hummus (49F); (49F - Cold Holding); cut lettuce (47F - Cold Holding); chorizo (49F - Cold Holding); sliced pepper jack cheese (48F - Cold Holding). Operator has had several service calls and a new compressor recently. Discussed options for better unit cooling with the Operator.
