Observed fresh garlic and butter (80F - Cold Holding) on the cook line. The operator stated the garlic butter had been held for approximately 2.5 hours.   • 01C-01-4:Intermediate - No tag on/for original container of raw, in-shell clams/mussels/oysters. See stop sale. Observed raw oysters from different harvesters separated from the original box with no tags in the reach in cooler. The operator was unable to determine the harvesters for which the original tags belonged. The operator discarded the oysters. Corrected On-Site
