In kitchen, near Three compartment sink and cooks front line, Observed floor drain backing up cloudy wastewater spreading out over over three feet away into food storage and equipment areas. Discharge from drain has a foul odor of sewage. After five minutes, the discharge within six inches of the drain receded back into the drain. All other sewage was left under upright freezer, hallway, clean equipment and mixer. After discussion with operator, operator had dish washer mop hallway and began segregating area. **Admin Complaint**
