Observed quaternary sanitizer was at 0ppm in three compartment sink. Sanitizer dispenser was empty. Operator changed bottle and sanitizer is now at 300ppm quaternary sanitizer. Operator instructed employee to rewash all items washed today. **Corrective Action Taken**
  • 41-10-4:High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed spray bottle of Dawn spray cleaner on a bag of Jet's Flour for Round Pizza. Operator removed bottle from bag. Corrected On-Site
