  • 01B-13-4:High Priority - Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Upon inspection, observed mahi fish fillets defrosted in a sealed package in lower make bar cooler. Observed case of fillets in freezer that stated to remove fillets before defrosting. Manager discarded mahi fillets during inspection. **Corrective Action Taken**
  • 03A-02-5:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Upon inspection, observed sliced Gouda cheese 49f in rear reach-in cooler at establishment. Less than 4 hours per manager.
  • 02B-02-5:Intermediate - Raw/undercooked animal food offered and establishment has no written consumer advisory. Raw animal foods must be fully cooked prior to service. Upon inspection, no consumer advisory observed posted or present on menu. Manager stated they will prepare a steak to the customers order. Manager was provided a consumer advisory sign to post during inspection.
