Upon inspection, observed melted butter and garlic mixture 89f on prep table in kitchen under heat lamp. Manager stated mixture has been under heat lamp for 1.5 hours. Manager placed mixture into Bain Marie for reheating during inspection. **Corrective Action Taken**
- 53B-14-5:Intermediate - Required employee training expired for some employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Upon inspection, observed some employee training to be expired.
