- 22-08-4:Basic - Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Toaster oven on make line has build up of food debris.
- 23-03-4:Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Underside of area around nozzle on Libby soda machine is soiled. Shelf below back prep table has food debris. Fronts of both flip top reach in coolers on make line are soiled. Container with clean lids on shelf under prep table has debris in the container.

Per manager, Swiss cheese, cheddar cheese and sautéed onions have been in the cooler overnight.

Observed turkey (48F - Cold Holding); ham (46F - Cold Holding); Swiss cheese (47F - Cold Holding); roast beef (46F - Cold Holding); cheddar cheese (53F - Cold Holding); sautéed onions (47F - Cold Holding) in right flip top reach in cooler on make line. Per manager, Swiss cheese, cheddar cheese and sautéed onions have been in the cooler overnight. Per manager; turkey, ham and roast beef were placed in the cooler approximately 1.75 hours prior.
