Advised operator to place inside walk in cooler to thaw onto a wheeled cart. Discussed with the employee the proper thawing methods and provided handout. Corrected On-Site Warning
- 31A-11-4:Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed operator get water from handwashing sink in a bucket to fill up sanitizer bucket. Warning
- 51-16-7:Intermediate - No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Observed establishment has an additional prep area, on the approved plans where the cleaning area is located. Observed two prep tables in center area with trays of pizza (proofing), container with buttery sauce, employee prepping frozen precooked penne into aluminum trays and a different employee portioning chicken wings. Observed on a bottom shelf of one prep table liquid oil, buttery sauce, and spray bottles with oil in the additional prep area. Did not observe a hand washing sink in the area. Establishment also added in the same area additional reach in coolers and a proofer. Warning
