Observed employee wiping the counter-top in front of the cookline without glove, employee grabbed clean gloves and put them on his hands without washing hands between tasks. Inspector coached the employee on when to wash hands between task. Employee removed/discarded the gloves, washed hands properly, and put on new clean gloves. Corrected On-Site
