- 36-37-5:Basic - Ceiling not smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable in food preparation, food storage, or warewashing areas. Observed at front counter area ceiling tiles not smooth and easily cleanable. Informed operator tiles need to be changed.
- 36-12-4:Basic - Floors not constructed to be easily cleanable. Observed by walk in cooler by drain and back door deep grout.
- 38-07-4:Basic - Lights in food preparation, food storage or warewashing area missing the proper shield, sleeve coatings or covers. Observed all lights at preparation area and front counter not shielded. Coached operator on proper lighting covers.
- 42-01-4:Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed mop stored in mop basket bucket. Informed operator of proper method to dry/store mop.
