- 22-20-5:Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed mold like substance in ice machine before the kitchen entrance. **Repeat Violation**
- 36-32-5:Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair. Observed ceiling tiles in disrepair In kitchen area and in employee bathroom.
- 24-14-4:Basic - Clean utensils stored between equipment and wall. Observed knives stored in the crack between the equipment and the wall at the entrance of kitchen.
- 14-11-5:Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Observed microwave in poor repair, Missing pieces on top of microwave.
