  • 36-08-4:Basic - Floor and wall junctures not coved in food preparation/storage/warewashing areas or bathroom. Observed missing coving from wall to handwash sink located in front area.
  • 08B-47-4:Basic - Food not stored at least 6 inches off of the floor. Observed 4 boxes of harina and three 2.5 gallons not stored 6in off the floor.
  • 33-15-4:Basic - Garbage can located outside has no lid or lid open/broken.
  • 10-06-5:Basic - In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. Observed handle of scoop touching the cheese at the prep table cooler unit.

Observed employee clean up a broken raw shelled eggs and started wiping down prep counter and about to engage in food handling. Stopped employee prior to and asked her to wash her hands.
