- 14-01-5:Basic - Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed a single service cup without handle stored inside of the flour container. The container was removed it. Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation
- 12A-07-5:High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee manipulated raw hamburger with gloves and then touching bread and single service articles. Operator was coached how to use the gloves properly. Employee changed the gloves.
