  • 03A-02-5:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed in the refrigerated drawers at front counter banana pudding (47F - Cold Holding), as per operator less than 1 hour. Employee removed pudding and transferred it back to the walk in cooler to maintain proper temperature. **Corrective Action Taken**
