- 08B-04-4:Basic - Open condiments provided for self-service not properly protected. Observed open condiment containers of brown sugar, pecans and nuts provided for oatmeal at breakfast buffet, not kept covered, no lid provided.
- 22-49-4:High Priority - Dishmachine not sanitizing properly. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Tested chlorine sanitizer at 0ppm, at kitchen dishmachine. Establishment has a three compartment sink using quaternary sanitizer, advised to setup third compartment to properly sanitize dishware until dishmachine is sanitizing properly. **Corrective Action Taken**
