Observed dishmachine at kitchen and bar not working properly. As per manager, unit at kitchen is waiting service.

Observed milk (48F - Cold Holding) inside reach in cooler at front counter area, less than 4 hours. Observed ambient temperature of cooler unit at 45F, Manager removed all food items and stored into walk in cooler, maintenance was notified regarding repair. **Corrective Action Taken**
