- 03A-02-5:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed Egg Bagle (55F - Cold Holding) at reach in cooler drawers as per manager. Item was placed inside unit less than 1 hour. Employee took item to walk in freezer to rapidly chill.

Observed Hashbrown (125F - Hot Holding) at hot holding unit. As per manager product was placed in until approximately 20 minutes prior. Employee voluntarily discarded product.
- 22-02-4:Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed oven mitts soiled with old food debris at dry storage area and on shelf below oven.
