- 14-01-5:Basic - Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. In the reach in cooler across from the grill observed a plastic container used as scoop, scooping chopped tomatoes with no handle.
- 23-03-4:Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed reach in cooler gasket torn, prep cooler at prep area by the hand sink.
- 06-01-5:Basic - Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Observed raw beef thawing in standing water t kitchen area in the prep sink.
- 21-03-4:Basic - Wet wiping cloths stored in detergent and sanitizer mixed together. In the sanitizer bucket at kitchen area.
- 22-42-4:High Priority - Chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength for manual warewashing. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Observed chlorine sanitizer at three compartment sink 0 ppm, instructed person in charge to add disinfectant to water to properly sanitize.
