- 12B-07-4:Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed a cup with ice and soda on top of a prep table.
- 16-13-5:Basic - Equipment and utensils not washed, rinsed and sanitized in the correct order in three-compartment sink. Do not use dishes/equipment not properly sanitized. Observed the employee washing dishes and rinsing them no sanitizing. I stopped the employee and had him fill the last sink with water and chlorine. The employee rehashed the clean dishes and sanitized the dishes. **Corrected On-Site**
