- 06-01-5:Basic - Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Observed beef in a sink. The manager turned on the water. Corrected On-Site
- 12A-07-5:High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed the cook complete a task removed his gloves and then put on clean gloves without washing his hands.
