- 24-06-4:Basic - Clean utensils or equipment stored on dirty tray. Observed drinking glasses stored inverted on top of tray with mold like substance. Manager removed tray and took to dish station **Corrective Action Taken**
- 22-16-4:Basic - Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Observed reach in cooler drawers and drawer seals with build up of food debris.
