The shut off valve was closed on the MFDV to use the built in holding tank **Corrective Action Taken** - From follow-up inspection 2024-02-27: the plumbing line has been replace and is connected to an above ground storage tank. As per DM JR time extension for 7 days to disconnect and remove the grey water storage tank**Time Extended** **Time Extended**

Gray Water from the MFDV is draining onto the ground from the crack temporary drain line.. the shut off valve was closed on the the mfdv holding tank drain . Gray water will be stored in the built in MFDV holding tank until repairs are made .
  • 51-13-4:Basic - No Heimlich maneuver/choking sign posted.
