- 36-34-5:Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. At front counter line, ceiling vents and wall by vents have dust build up.
- 08B-49-4:Basic - Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. In the walk in freezer, employees personal food, sausage egg and cheese stored in the top shelf over foot for customers.
- 24-08-4:Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. On the storage shelf, clean metal containers stacked while wet.
- 14-11-5:Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Flip top cooler cover closest the register at the front counter has a torn door gasket. Walk in freezer has ice build up on the compressor and on the floor.
- 23-03-4:Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Shelves under prep counter around microwave have food debris build up. Walk in cooler door has mold like substance in the crease of the door gasket. Dining room soda dispenser has mold like substance on the metal underside behind the nozzles and ice chute. **Repeat Violation**
- 38-04-4:Basic - Ten (10) foot-candles of light at least 30 inches from floor not provided in walk-in cooler. No light available in walk in cooler during inspection.
- 42-01-4:Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Wet mop head stored in the mop sink.
- 12A-16-4:High Priority - Employee began working with food, handling clean equipment or utensils, or touching unwrapped single-service items without first washing hands. Employee entered front counter cook line, placed down personal belongings and began putting on single service gloves to take orders. Discussed proper hand washing with employee. **Corrective Action Taken**
- 53B-13-5:Intermediate - Proof of required state approved employee training not available for some employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. At time of inspection employee present employed about a year with no proof of food handling training.
