- 16-37-1:Intermediate - No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. No quaternary test kit observed. Discussed with operator.
- 22-38-5:Intermediate - No sanitizer of any kind available for warewashing. Only use single-service items to serve food to customers until sanitizer is available for warewashing. Operator stated establishment will be using liquid quaternary sanitizer but did not bring the bottle at the time of licensing inspection. Discussed quaternary or chlorine sanitizer must be used to sanitize dishes and food contact surfaces.
