  • 13-03-4:Basic - Employee with no hair restraint while engaging in food preparation. Operator was cooking food without a hair restraint.
  • 08B-38-4:Basic - Food stored on floor. Bulk container of breading inside the walk in cooler. 2 cases of shrimp on the floor inside the walk in freezer. All products was removed from off the floor. Corrected On-Site
