Observe employee touching money out side and return to working with food without washing hands and on put on gloves. Employee washed hands. Corrected On-Site
  • 03B-01-6:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observe at flat top beef (130F - Hot Holding). Operator stated he will reheat meat.

  • 08A-05-6:High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw shell eggs on middle shelf of refrigerator, over raw tomatoes.Operator relocated to bottom shelf. **Corrective Action Taken**
  • 31A-07-4:Intermediate - Handwash sink inoperable in warewashing or food preparation area. Observed that only 3 compartment sink OR handwash sink can work independently. When both are in service at the same time, the circuit breaker stops both.
  • 41-17-4:Intermediate - Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Several spray bottles with no label.
