Clear plastic glass of water without lid on wire rack shelf. Explained and employee discarded the beverage cup. Corrected On-Site
  • 12A-07-5:High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Employee was using cell phone then put on gloves without washing hands to prepare sandwich. Explained and he washed hands and put on new gloves. Corrected On-Site
