  • 51-13-4:Basic - No Heimlich maneuver/choking sign posted. Observed no choking poster, emailed form Choking handout HR 5030-105. **Corrective Action Taken**
  • 23-03-4:Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed sides of equipment in MFDV with buildup of grease, and food debris.
  • 12A-07-5:High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee change gloves without washing their hands when changing task, explained to operator the importance of washing hands when changing gloves. **Corrective Action Taken**
