- 51-16-7:Intermediate - - From initial inspection : Intermediate - No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. At the time of inspection, all equipment has been removed from unit to include triple sink, hand sink, cooking equipment. Tables are set up in unit, are storing food and single service items. Warning - From follow-up inspection 2023-01-05: All equipment is still removed from unit, plans still need to be submitted. Person in charge states want to keep the unit licensed. **Time Extended** - From follow-up inspection 2023-03-06: Establishment is waiting to submit plans as they are in the process of remodeling. Not sure where equipment will go as of yet. **Time Extended** - From follow-up inspection 2023-05-09: Person in charge still working on rig, still waiting to figure out how truck will be laid out.
