- 36-27-5:Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Observed wall soiled with old food debris at bar.
- 03A-02-5:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed chicken salad (58F - Cold Holding) at walk in cooler. As per manager, unit was turned off for approximately 30 minutes for repairs. Observed repair technician during inspection. Observed raw beef patty (56F - Cold Holding) at room temperature resting on containers at top of preparation cooler. Cook placed patties inside unit. **Corrective Action Taken**

Observed Sanitizer Bucket (Quaternary 400 plus ppm) at cook line. Cook took solution to dilute with water.
