  • 03A-02-5:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Bag with butters stored in cabinet below cold holding container for butter that is on top counter above cabinet. Operator stated the employee is new and discussed with employee that the extra butter stays in fridge when not in use. Butter was out for approximately 1 hour per operator. Butter was placed in fridge to chill. **Corrective Action Taken**
