Ceiling above prep area and finishing make station table in kitchen not smooth, non absorbent and easily cleanable. Discussed with operator that ceiling will be further reviewed by division if further protection is required.
- 32-12-5:Basic - Covered waste receptacle not provided in women's bathroom. Lid missing from trash receptacle in unisex employee restroom.
