- 41-05-4:High Priority - Pesticide/insecticide labeled for household use only present in establishment. Observed can of household pesticide under 3 compartment sink.
- 03A-02-5:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed milk (63F - Cold Holding) at front counter prep table, as per operator out of cooler for 30 minutes. Operator moved milk to refrigerator for rapid cooling. **Corrective Action Taken**

Observed at hot box pastry display at front counter; tequeno (114F - Hot Holding); beef empanada (121F - Hot Holding) As per operator for less than 3 hours. Operator turned off hot box to end sales of these products. As per operator, he will discard products.
- 31A-09-4:Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed rear hand wash sink blocked by a cart and garbage can.
- 31B-02-4:Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed no paper towels at front counter hand wash sink. **Repeat Violation**
- 53B-13-5:Intermediate - Proof of required state approved employee training not available for some employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Observed food handler Jose Garcia employed for 5 years with no proof of his food handler certification.
