  • 22-08-4:Basic - Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Inside oven by fryers has build up of food debris and grease. Inside microwave by office has food build on roof. **Repeat Violation**
  • 23-03-4:Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. In drive through area soda machine has build up of debris around nozzles. Manager cleaned around soda nozzles. Metal shelves in walk-in cooler have mold-like substance on them.

Manager stated they had been in cooler for 2 hours. Manager moved to walk-in cooler to bring temperature down. In reach in cooler at drive thru creamer (54F - cold holding). Manager stated they were placed in cooler from walk-in cooler about 1.5 hours prior.
