  • 22-16-4:Basic - Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. At cook line, drawers under flat top have build up of food residue. Reach-in cooler not currently being used.
  • 36-02-5:Basic - Unsealed concrete floor in food preparation, food storage, warewashing area or bathroom. In kitchen area, finish worn off in multiple areas.
  • 08A-20-5:High Priority - Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. Establishment licensed as a no seat establishment, currently has 10 seats inside and 6 seats outside. Please contact licensing office in Tallahassee at 850-487-1395 to change license to a seating establishment. Operator has seating change form completed.

  • 35B-01-4:Basic - Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Observed large gap with visible light at top of rear exit door through kitchen.
  • 35B-03-4:Basic - Outer openings not protected with self-closing doors. Observed; one of the front doors with no self-closing arm attached. Rear exit of kitchen has no self-closing arm.
