- 23-03-4:Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed fronts of fryer timers, and exterior of fryer and reach-in cooler across from fryer area. Also, counter at side of freeze beverage machine soiled.

Observed ice chute on soda machine at drive thru window and at self dispensing soda machine soiled. Also, soda nozzle on Pepsi at drive thru soda machine soiled.
