Operator stated they do not use ice machine and get ice from store next door. Ice present in ice machine at time of inspection.
  • 14-74-7:Basic - Cold holding equipment not maintained in good repair. Do not store time/temperature control for safety food in this unit until the unit is repaired. Walk-in freezer Ambient Air 51F. All Time/Temperature control for safety foods moved to walk-in cooler. **Corrective Action Taken**

  • 41-10-4:High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. On bottom shelf of prep table in dish room, 3 gallons of mighty Mike degreaser stored on shelf next to bags of flour/breading. Operator removed degreaser from shelf. Corrected On-Site
  • 29-34-4:High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Vacuum breaker missing at the end of thread faucet on wall of middle room where green hose is attached.
