Operator called to have reach in cooler and walk in cooler serviced. **Corrective Action Taken** Warning - From follow-up inspection 2023-08-01: At callback milk 46F and sour cream 45 F in reach-in cooler across from prep table. Observed large cans blocking fan and flow of air from back of cooler. Operator removed large cans and placed milk and sour cream in walk-in-cooler to chill.
