  • 23-03-4:Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed soiled back plates around soda nozzles on soda tower in lobby area.
  • 16-46-4:Basic - Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Observed old labels stuck to clean containers stored across from three compartment sink.
  • 22-45-4:High Priority - Food-contact surfaces not sanitized after cleaning, before use. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Observed employee in dish area wash and rinse food-contact container and place on drying rack. Inspector educated employee proper wash/rinse/sanitize procedure. Three compartment sink only had wash and rinse steps set up. Employee set up 3rd sink with proper quatanery ammonium sanitizer and sanitized containers. Corrected On-Site
