Currently Vacuum breaker is installed before splitter on faucet. Discussed with person in charge where it should be installed to comply. Repeat Violation Admin Complaint
- 22-02-4:Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed ice deflector plate in ice machine at front line soiled.

Observed quaternary test strips for the sanitizer in triple sink that is currently using sink and surface product.
