  • 29-11-4:Basic - Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed faucet at triple sink leaking. Person in charge stated they are waiting on plumber to repair. **Corrective Action Taken**
  • 21-08-4:Basic - Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Observed Sanitizer Bucket (Quaternary 0ppm) at front service line. Person in charge emptied and remade solution and retested at 200ppm. Corrected On-Site
