  • 36-03-4:Basic - Cove molding at floor/wall juncture broken/missing. In back grill area missing a few cove molding pieces
  • 36-01-4:Basic - Floor not cleaned when the least amount of food is exposed. Floor in grill area, under both sides of grills with food debris and soiled paper goods under. Behind stove area grease build up on floor
  • 08B-47-4:Basic - Food not stored at least 6 inches off of the floor. Case of spicy chicken stored on floor in walk in freezer.
