- 22-20-5:Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed mold like substance buildup on sides of ice machine. Observed lime buildup at chute.
- 51-11-4:Basic - Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. CO tank not secured in back kitchen at bag in box soda storage.
- 24-05-4:Basic - Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed ice buckets on top of ice machine not inverted.
