  • 14-34-4:Basic - Interior of ice machine/bin with rust that has pitted the surface Observed interior of large ice machine with rust.
  • 23-03-4:Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed gaskets on walk in freezer, walk-in-cooler, and reach-in cooler next to managers desk soiled.
  • 12A-08-4:High Priority - Hot water takes too long to reach handwash sink resulting in employees using only cold water to wash their hands. Observed multiple employees wash hands with cold water at hand wash sink across from front counter. Water ran for several minutes and only 73F-75F. Other hand wash sink on cook line, water is more than 85F. Operator stated it clogged somewhere in line and is getting it serviced.
  • 22-02-4:Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed cutting board at sandwich make station at front and back counter soiled/ stained. Also, blade on wedger on clean storage shelf has accumulation of debris. Also, white deflector plate in large ice machine slightly soiled.

Observed hand wash sink across from front counter, and hand wash sinks in men's and women's restroom with water temp of 72F-73F. Establishment has hot water but is taking several minutes to get to these three hand wash sinks.
