Operator has garage style doors in dining room that are fully open on both side of restaurant with no air curtains installed **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2024-12-09: Still the same. Operator has not started any process to implement changes to add air curtains to all garage style doors in restaurant dining area. **Admin Complaint**
