Person in charge stated wings were cooked day prior, placed in walk-in cooler for cooling, then removed from walk-in cooler an hour prior. Person in charge moved cooked wings back to walk-in cooler. Soups are stored stacked on top of each other with lids firmly in place in standing reach in cooler in back storage area.
