  • 14-11-5:Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Observed bottom drawer to sandwich make line does not easily close, gaps where gasket meets unit. Also, observed standing water in bottom left side of unit. Also, observed chipped, cracked, missing pieces to sugar container by drive thru window.
  • 33-19-4:Basic - Garbage on the ground and/or pad around dumpster. Garbage observed on dumpster pad.
  • 14-69-4:Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. In walk in freezer ice buildup around door frame observed.
